KARIE SMITH
Founder of Echelon Real Estate Services, LLC. of Georgia, Karie has helped real estate professionals increase their productivity while building fortified client relations with her team of real estate virtual assistants. Her clients include realtors from multiple brokerages such as Keller Williams, Atlanta Communities, ReMax, Realty One Group, EXP, Maximum One Realty, and others.
Specializing in business administration, licensed since 2010, Karie has devoted her knowledge and skills to broker and agent support. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, she has a heart for helping others succeed.
A native of Florida, Karie resides in Georgia. She proudly calls the Peach State home. She supports many non-profit organizations as well as her local community. Karie spends leisure time with friends and family, studying scripture, reading, writing, kayaking, camping, boating, “hammocking”, and creating lasting memories for a lifetime.

JENNIFER ROVANSEK
Jennifer, originally from South Georgia has lived in the metro area since 2003. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and marketing. Jennifer has managed and operated her own retail business until she recently decided to change lanes to spend more time with her family. She and her husband, Kyle, have one daughter and are actively involved with Summit Baptist Church of Acworth. Jennifer is passionate about creating relationships and finding innovative ways to push businesses further. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and sports. When she is not working, her favorite place to visit is the beach. She is a self-proclaimed workaholic, coffee addicted, Christ-follower, and loves to help others.
KAYLYN CROMER
Kaylyn, a Florida native currently resides in Tuscaloosa, AL. As a full-time social media marketing specialist, Kaylyn is a natural-born creator. With over 12 years of marketing experience, she has the ability to create unique content, showcasing the face of her client's personality and business presence on multiple social media platforms. Kaylyn is formerly trained in digital design with an emphasis on real estate and travel social media marketing. Kaylyn is happily married to her wonderful husband Michael and is a proud “mom’ to three sons, ages six, nine, and twelve. With her strong Christian background, she is enthusiastic about her professional and personal endeavors. Kaylyn has the ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and get the job done at a high-quality level. Her passion is helping others and making a difference in the lives of everyone she meets.

TRICIA SIMMONS
Tricia, originally from Barbados has lived in Fayetteville, NC since 1995. A graduate of Kaplan/JY Monk Real Estate School, Tricia has a knack for working with others, and the ability to work independently sets her apart from the rest. Being a house and military wife, most of her adult life has taught her how to be organized, multitask, and adapt in any given situation. Tricia is a true problem solver. She believes in living a life where she is able to constantly learn and grow. She has loved to travel, visiting many amazing places since she was nine years old. Tricia enjoys learning new things and developing the skill sets that God has blessed her with. Her zest for life is a contagious joy. Tricia is faith-filled and enjoys sharing her love for others by helping in times of need.
VICTORIA WORTHINGTON
Victoria Worthington is a creative marketing specialist currently living and working in the North Atlanta area. Victoria currently attends college at The University of West Georgia, with a major study in Business Management with a minor in Real Estate. She is creative and results-oriented, focusing primarily on social media marketing with achievements in developing new social media strategies, creating original social media content, and producing extraordinary digital designs.
Victoria's passion for design and technology fuels her entrepreneurial spirit driving her to exceed in every venture she undertakes. As a native of the Peach State in her free time, Victoria enjoys traveling, sports, leisure time at the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
Alyse Smith
Alyse is a metro Atlanta native and a graduate of Kennesaw State University. Shifting gears from a career in healthcare, Alyse is able to utilize her creative side with Echelon. She specializes in Social Media Marketing/Graphic Design and has a background in photography. Alyse enjoys finding creative ways to market brands and is Echelon's Instagram Reels specialist! Alyse and her husband have two sons, two dogs, a cat, and a leopard gecko. They enjoy traveling, playing sports, serving at their church, Summit, in Acworth, and spending time with friends and family. When she isn't working, you may find her refinishing a piece of furniture in the garage, playing softball, coaching basketball, walking her dogs, or hanging out at the pool.
